Paired with our optional wine selections and live entertainment, it's an evening not to be missed. Secure your reservation for an elegant start to 2025 at Maximilien!

It's Paris, circa WWII....

You are on a cobblestone street, stepping into a concert hall. You hear Music, French cafe-concert music. A striking trio of vocals, violin and accordion. A beautiful chanteuse, riveting movement. A passionate, joyous time!

Rouge: Music of Paris

Rouge evokes the cobblestone streets of Paris with Edith Piaf to Zaz, fast musettes to gypsy jazz for a “no jet lag” trip to France with a jazzy American twist! Our beautiful chanteuse Janet Elle sings and dances between tables to keep romance in the air with violinist Brandon Vance and pianist/accordionist Clayton Murray.
