Join us for a special Thanksgiving celebration at Maximilien on November 28th, 2024, where we will be serving an exquisite six-course menu that brings a French twist to your holiday feast. Indulge in gourmet dishes like our Camembert puff pastry amuse-bouche, savory turkey galantine with smoked duck, and a decadent pumpkin mousse with Tahitian vanilla Chantilly. A wine pairing will be available for those wanting to indulge on the event night!

To enhance the evening, Bonnie Birch will be serenading guests with live accordion music from 5 to 7 PM, creating a warm and festive ambiance. Make this Thanksgiving unforgettable with an elegant dining experience at Maximilien!

Amuse-Bouche:
Camembert cheese in puff pastry, cranberry chutney, pine nuts.

Salade de mâche et frisée, poire pochée au vin rouge, petit chèvre fondant.
Mâche and frisée greens, red wine-poached pear, pomegranate, melted goat cheese.

Soupe d’automne à la citrouille, crème fraîche au foie gras, ciboulette ciselée.
Autumn pumpkin bisque with foie gras, crème fraîche, and chopped chives.

Petite feuilleté de coquille Saint-Jacques et homard au poireau, beurre blanc à la ciboulette.
Puff pastry filled with seared scallop, half Maine lobster tail, and chive beurre blanc.

Galantine de dinde farcie au canard fumé et champignons des bois.
Seared stuffed turkey breast with smoked duck, wild mushrooms, and cranberry velouté. Savory bread pudding with bacon, leeks and oysters. Sautéed green beans, and sliced almonds.

Pre-Paid Reservations

Thanksgiving Dinner is on November 28 at 5PM/5:15PM. Only the set menu above will be available.

Pre-paid reservations are available online for our Thanksgiving dinner. This non-refundable reservation covers your dining experience at Maximilien, including service and taxes. Beverages and wine pairings are optional and can be purchased separately during your visit. Please reserve early, as space is limited.

Price per person: $150 including gratuity plus tax.

Pre-Paid Reservations FAQ:

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Pre-paid reservations allow us to guarantee your spot. As a small restaurant, no-shows have a negative impact on our staff and kitchen, and prevent other guests from dining with us.

  • What's included ?

    The food menu ($150) including gratuity plus sales tax. Beverages and any other extras will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Please note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, we may be unable to serve you.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. However, you are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refunds for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We are also unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. Since we staff, order, and prepare food for your party, please try to transfer your reservation to friends or family if you are unable to attend. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to pick up your meal as takeout.
