Soirée Bavaroise with Alsatian “Choucroute Garnie”

Feat. beers from Pike and Old Stove Breweries!

Friday October 25, 5-9PM

Let Maximilien transport you to the Alsace region for one night! Chef Potvin will be preparing Choucroute Garnie and we will be pouring $7 22oz beer mugs from Pike Brewing Company and Old Stove Brewing Company!

Choucroute Garnie, is an Alsatian recipe for preparing cabbage with sausages and other salted meats and charcuterie, and often potatoes. Choucroute is the main part of our simple $40 multi-course menu! (see below)

Bonnie Birch and her accordion will be joining us as well for some traditional tunes! (6-7:30PM)

Wild Mushroom Wellington
Smoked Salmon and Blinis
Baked Escargots in Garlic Butter

*** CHOUCROUTE ***

Cabbage, potatoes, Uli’s Sausage, Bacon, Pork Shank, Frankfurt Sausage.

*** SALAD ***

Field greens and Camembert.

*** DESSERT ***

Chocolate Mousse, Petit Biscuit

Pre-Paid Reservations

This Soirée Bavaroise Dinner is on October 25th from 5 to 9pm. Only the set menu above will be available and served family style. Sorry we do not offer substitutions on this special night!

Pre-paid reservations are available online or by calling us at 206-682-7270. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Beverages/Beers/Wine Pairing are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit

Price per person: $40 + service/gratuity, sales tax and Resy booking fee.  (See FAQ below for cost break down.)

Pre-Paid Reservations FAQ:

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?
    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?
    The food menu ($40), 18% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.1% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?
    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time we may be unable to serve you.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
