Holiday Tasting Menu:
Join us for dinner the week leading to Christmas! Chef Potvin is preparing a traditional French feast for Christmas Week that is sure to impress the most refined palate.
You will be having dinner inside your own private and weather proof Igloo! We will be offering two time slots per night: 5pm to 7pm and 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
To allow enough sanitizing and ventilating time each reservation is for 90 minutes, which should be plenty of time to enjoy your dinner!

This Tasting Menu is only available in the IGLOO from Dec. 15th to Dec. 24th. Only the set menu above will be available. Sorry we do not offer substitutions on this special night! Pre-paid reservations are available online below. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Beverages/Wine Pairing are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit.
Price per person: $80 plus 5% Service Charge, 18% Gratuity and 10.1% WA sales tax.
* On Christmas Eve, the menu features an extra course and slightly different time slots for $100 per person.

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.
What's included ?
The $80 food menu, 18% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.1% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages, optional wine pairing and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
