A la carte 「 LE IGLOO 」 reservations require a pre-paid minimum spend of $200 per booking, which will be applied to your bill as a food and beverage credit. This credit is only valid towards food and beverages on your reservation date and time and is not transferable or refundable. If you cancel, you will automatically forfeit the entire value of your credit.
Simply look for any “A LA CARTE” slots when making reservations. Remember that we can only fit up to 5 people per Igloo.

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.
What's the Food and Beverage Credit good for ?
The F&B Credit is a minimum spend required to book an Igloo. The credit is only valid for food and beverages and can be used exclusively on the night and time of your reservation. It cannot be used to cover taxes, purchase gift cards, or for takeout orders. If you cancel, you will automatically forfeit the entire value of your credit.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.Are kids allowed?
Kids over the age of 12 are welcome to attend provided that they are able to eat the same menu. Kids under 12 are not allowed in the Igloo for safety reasons.
