Join us Wednesdays in March for a Cocktail Tasting Menu “Au Comptoir,” (at the counter). Spencer, Maximilien’s bartender and mixologist extraordinaire, will present five French Quarter classics and inspired cocktail courses, explaining his inspirations and flavor choices. New Orleans has a rich cocktail history and a diverse style of drinks. Ranging from serious and spirit heavy to the light and whimsical. We will be showcasing that range for you all!

Additionally, enjoy some accompanying New Orleans small plates: Catfish Po’Boy Slider, Gumbo and Creole Shrimp and Andouille stew.

Changed and updated weekly as Spencer experiments, the menu is a showcase of his current favorites picks – so although you’ll not know exactly what you’re in for when you book “Au Comptoir”, you’re guaranteed five delicious taster drinks that pack a flavor punch.


This special cocktail menu is only available at the COUNTER for guests 21 years old and over.

This Cocktail Menu is only available at the counter on Wednesdays in March. Pre-paid reservations are available online only. This non-refundable reservation pays for your experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Additional Beverages/Food are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit or pre-paid while booking below/

Price per person: $65 plus 5% Service Charge, 20% Gratuity and 10.25% WA sales tax.

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?

    The $65 cocktail tasting menu and three small plates, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.25% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages, optional wine pairing and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.
