VALENTINE WEEKEND TASTING DINNER (INDOOR)

Feb. 12 - 14 - LUNCH/DINNER

Valentine Tasting Menu:

Why celebrate only on one day? This year we are spreading the love over three full days! Join us for lunch or dinner on Feb. 12th, 13th or Feb. 14th! Chef Potvin is preparing a tasty French feast for “La Fete des Amoureux” that is sure to impress the most refined palate. The $120 5-Course menu in part features Scallops, Lobster, Tenderloin prepared the French way. Love inspired cocktails and a wine pairing will be available for those wanting to indulge on the event night!

We will be offering 4 time slots per day: 11:30am, 2:30pm, 5:30pm and 8:30pm.

VACCINATION REQUIRED

All guests must have proof of vaccination and matching ID for any visit to the restaurant. There are NO exception and we do NOT accept negative tests as an alternative. For faster verification, we recommend using CLEAR's digital vaccine card as proof of vaccination. We also accept your CDC card (or a photo of it) and WA State MyIR Certificate.

Amuse Bouche: Brandade de Morue.
Salted Cod and Mash Potatoes.

Pre-paid reservations:

This lunch/dinner is on Feb. 12, 13 and 14 only and indoor. Only the set menu above will be available. Sorry we do not offer substitutions or menu modification on this special weekend! Pre-paid reservations are available online. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Beverages/Wine Pairing are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit.

Price per person: $120 plus 5% Service Charge, 20% Gratuity and 10.25% WA sales tax.

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?

    The $120 food menu, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.1% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages, optional wine pairing and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time we may be unable to serve you.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. You can also pick up your meal for take out.

  • Who needs to be vaccinated?
    Anyone in your party that is eligible to be vaccinated. Proof and ID must be available. We do not make any exception at all.
