Champagne Winemaker Menu,
feat. Maine Lobster
Thursday November 29, 6PM & 6:15PM
Chef Christian Potvin will exquisitely pair a five-course dinner featuring lobster with excellent Champagnes from Chapuy. Join us to enjoy the variety of flavors from this traditional family estate.
Champagne CHAPUY is a Family Estate of 8 ha. of vineyards. The majority of them are planted with Chardonnay grape-variety which allows to produce a fine and light Blanc de Blancs Champagne very typical of this region. The history of the house began in 1952 when the then mayor of Oger, Serge Chapuy started bottling Champagne under his own name. His son Arnold took over the reigns in 1981 and today daughters Elodie and Aurore are in charge.
Elodie will be with us to discuss the winemaking process, describe wines and answer any questions your may have about Champagnes!
