JANUARY is French wine month at Maximilien.

Taste and enjoy regional French wines in your own private IGLOO!

You can reserve an Igloo for up to 6 guests and enjoy 5 glasses of wines not usually available by the glass (3oz). Plus all reservations includes Charcuterie platter,  French cheese and fruit plate and baguette.

You will be seated inside your own private and weather proof Igloo! We will be offering two time slots per night: 5pm to 7pm and 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Plus 11:30am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 4pm on the weekend!

This special tasting menu is only available in the IGLOOS and for guests over the age of 21.

This Tasting experience is only available in the IGLOO from Jan. 2 to 31. Pre-paid reservations are available online only. This non-refundable reservation pays for your experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Extra beverages/food are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit.


January 2-8: Taste of Champagne

Taste Champagnes from five famous French houses.

Lombard, Nicolas Feuilatte, Pommery, Veuve Cliquot, and Billecart Salmon.

$85 per person  | 2 Hours Limit | Up to 6 Guests over the age of 21. 


January 9-15: Taste of Loire Valley

France's most diverse wine region, producing exemplary wines in every style.

Experience five wines from Sancerre, Vouvray, Chinon and Bourgueil appelations. 1 Crémant (sparkling), 2 whites, and 2 reds.

$65 per person  | 2 Hours Limit | Up to 6 Guests over the age of 21.


January 16-22: Taste of Bourgogne

Bourgogne winemakers produce some of the world's most prestigious wines.

Experience five Burgundian wines including a Crémant (sparkling), 2 whites, and 2 reds.

$75 per person  | 2 Hours Limit | Up to 6 Guests over the age of 21.


January 23-31: Taste of Bordeaux

This world famous wine region follows alongside the Garonne River and the Dordogne River, and many of the wine estates can be found where the two rivers meet.

Experience five Bordeaux wines, including a Crémant (sparkling), 2 whites, and 2 reds.

$75 per person  | 2 Hours Limit | Up to 6 Guests over the age of 21. 


Pre-Paid Reservations FAQ:

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?

    The $65-$85 wine pairing menu, an assortment of charcuteries and cheese, bread and butter, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.25% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Extra food or beverages and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.
