Join us for a culinary journey through the heart of France, where the finest wines and delectable dishes await. From the elegant Muscadet to the rich Chinon, savor the flavors of the Loire as you enjoy a gourmet feast that celebrates the essence of this enchanting region. Let Chef Potvin transports you to the banks of the Loire!

You can reserve an Igloo for up to 5 guests and enjoy a delicious 5-courses tasting menu featuring Chef Potvin authentic French cooking.

You will be having dinner inside your own private and weather proof Igloo! We will be offering two time slots per night: 5pm to 7pm and 7:30pm to 9:30pm, plus 11:30am and 2pm on Saturdays!

This special menu is only available in the IGLOOS and for guests over the age of 21.

This Tasting Dinner is only available in the IGLOO from Nov. 9 to 12. Only the set menu above will be available. Sorry we do not offer substitutions on this special night! Pre-paid reservations are available online only. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience including the wine pairing at Maximilien including service and taxes.

Price per person: $155 plus 5% Service Charge, 20% Gratuity and 10.25% WA sales tax.

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?

    The $155 food menu and wine pairing, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge and 10.25% sales tax. Other beverages, other wine and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.
