Join us on select dates in December for a Cocktail Tasting Menu “Au Comptoir,” (at the counter). Spencer, Maximilien’s bartender and mixologist extraordinaire, will present six tasting cocktail courses, explaining his inspirations and flavor choices.
Changed and updated weekly as Spencer experiments, the menu is a showcase of his current favorites picks – so although you’ll not know exactly what you’re in for when you book “Au Comptoir”, you’re guaranteed six delicious taster drinks that pack a flavor punch.
Additionally, complimentary aperitifs snacks will be offered during the experience. We’re also offering a few extras options, (charcuteries, cheese and caviar) you can select during the reservations process.

This Cocktail Menu is only available at the counter on select dates in December. Pre-paid reservations are available online only. This non-refundable reservation pays for your experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Additional Beverages/Food are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit or pre-paid while booking below/

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.
What's included ?
The $49 cocktail tasting menu and complimentary snacks, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.25% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages, optional wine pairing and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.
